If you want to consult upon your DOG, CAT and other animals, please contact us on address: avetum@avetum.cz. We will be pleased to anwer your questions on all procedures and their prices, we will recommend you a foodstuff for your animal or give you advice what to do. However, we are not able to treat through fast and simple advice – it is always better to contact us personally and let your animal examined. We are aware of the fact some of you live far away and cannot come to us. In such cases, we can provide you with detailed written report and advice. However, such a service is time consuming and is usually made at the expense of caring for other animals – that is why we have to charge you for the service. The prices are individual and must be approved by you in advance. We charge for the service AFTER providing you with the service (you will pay after you receive our written advice by post money order or form a bank account). We want you to feel comfortable with our job and not feel insecure when paying before the service has been provided.
